Hi, I’m Mila, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in BC. I’m a passionate advocate for integrative health. I hold a degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and recently completed my Naturopathic Medicine training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus) in June 2024.
My journey into naturopathic medicine began as a teenager when I struggled with cystic acne. Conventional treatments didn’t provide the answers I was looking for, so I turned to an integrative approach to uncover and address the root cause. Additionally, my time as a varsity volleyball athlete at the University of Waterloo deepened my appreciation for comprehensive approaches to health and performance. These experiences inspired my commitment to helping others reclaim their health.
Today, I have an interest in women’s health, hormonal balance, weight management, family planning, and skin health, with a focus on conditions like acne and aging. My goal is to empower my patients with personalized treatment plans that address the underlying causes of their concerns while fostering lasting wellness. I believe education is key to helping you take charge of your health and achieve vibrant well-being.
Additionally, I have a growing passion in aesthetic and cosmetic skin rejuvenation, including Botox treatments, PRP and micro-needling.
Outside the clinic, I love staying active through hiking, skiing, and hot yoga. I’m also a foodie at heart and enjoy exploring new cuisines with family and friends.
I’m excited to partner with you on your journey to becoming your most vibrant self—healthy, confident, and thriving from the inside out!

Hi, I’m Holly! I’m a licensed aesthetician with 2.5 years of experience. I graduated with honors from All Body Laser and have a deep passion for helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin.
My journey into aesthetics is personal—I’ve struggled with acne myself and know how frustrating and all-consuming it can feel. Through education, trial and error, and a holistic approach, I’ve learned that skincare isn’t just about what we apply topically but also how we care for ourselves from the inside out. My goal is to help my clients feel confident in their skin while providing a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s trail walking, hiking, or enjoying a sunny afternoon of tennis (with sunscreen, of course!). Staying active and connected to nature brings balance to my life, and I strive to bring that same sense of care and harmony into my work with each client.
I’d love to be part of your skincare journey, be your confidant, and help you feel like the best version of yourself—inside and out!

If you’re not sure how massage can support your wellness goals, Ruby would be happy to empower you in finding what works for you. It is also okay to book without a goal in mind too.
Ruby aspires to provide a safe and approachable experience on how massage can best support a person’s mental, emotional, and physical health. That could show up as more time towards a specific area, uplifting or energizing treatment, some take-home exercises to try, or information for their wellness journey.
Ruby has worked with people of diverse backgrounds, including athletes, patients with spinal cord injuries, cancer in remission, office and trade workers, and students.
As a graduate of Langara College, Ruby is a newly registered practitioner with sedating and stimulating massage modalities, joint mobilization, and assisted stretching techniques of muscle and connective tissues in her toolkit.
Ruby believes that treatment can be effective without deep or painful pressure. Ruby recognizes that treatment is individual to everyone and look forward to navigating yours alongside you.
