We’re located at #230–9600 Cameron St., Burnaby (right next to Lougheed Mall). If the building is locked when you arrive, please use the intercom on the left side and buzz 230, and we’ll let you in. We’re just a short walk from Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain Station, and there’s free parking available right in front of the building for your convenience.

We offer Direct Billing to Telus Eclaims, Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, GreenShield, and Sunlife plans.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is reserved specially for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours notice.** We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. The first cancellation due to illness will be waived as a courtesy. For any subsequent cancellations, a fee will apply as follows: 50% for the second instance, 100% for the third and any thereafter per calendar year.

A full appointment fee will be charged for any no-shows.

Naturopathic visits can be switched to virtual appointments at no extra cost. Please note that cancellations due to illness are still subject to our regular cancellation fee.

Invoices overdue by 7 days will be charged to the credit card on file along with a 5% late fee

Reception hours depend on practitioner schedules. To avoid any inconvenience, please call or email us ahead of time before picking up supplements, test kits, or skin care products

Dr. Andrea Gansner
(She/Her/Hers) ND

Founder of Oak Integrative and Oak Skin, Hair & Laser, Dr. Gansner is a licensed Naturopathic Physician who believes in the benefits of a broad-based approach to medicine and empowering individual health and wellness.

As a naturopathic physician, she adopts a science-based, holistic approach to healthcare and incorporates a complete medical history, focused physical exam and laboratory testing to assist in the diagnosis. Dr. Gansner’s preferred treatment modalities include: nutrition and lifestyle counselling, acupuncture, botanical medicine, and physical medicine. In addition to her medical training, she has completed her IV therapy certification and pharmaceutical prescription license. In the development of individualized treatment plans, she brings empathy and care to her patient interactions by providing space for her patients to feel heard.

In her spare time, she finds balance by enjoying good food, hiking, practicing yoga, snowboarding and spending time with friends and family.

Education

Dr. Gansner received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of British Columbia (2009) prior to undertaking a four-year, post-graduate naturopathic medical program at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (2014) in New Westminster, BC.
