We’re located at #230-9600 Cameron St., Burnaby (right next to Lougheed Mall). If the building is locked when you arrive, please use the intercom on the left side, buzz 230, and we’ll let you in. We’re just a short walk from both the Burquitlam and Lougheed Town Centre SkyTrain stations, and there’s free parking available right in front of the building for your convenience.
To ensure we can keep providing the highest quality care and maintaining the sustainability of our practice, we’ll be introducing a fee adjustment effective September 1, 2025 to our services. This change allows us to continue delivering the attentive, personalized care you’ve come to expect while honouring the time, dedication, and skill of our practitioners. We offer Direct Billing to Telus Eclaims, Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, GreenShield, and Sunlife plans.
Your appointment is reserved specially for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours notice.
We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. The first cancellation due to illness will be waived as a courtesy. For any subsequent cancellations, a fee will apply as follows: 50% for the second instance, 100% for the third and any thereafter per calendar year.
A full appointment fee will be charged for any no-shows.
Naturopathic visits can be switched to virtual appointments at no extra cost. Please note that cancellations due to illness are still subject to our regular cancellation fee.
Invoices overdue by 7 days will be charged to the credit card on file along with a 5% late fee
